Core Data - This is data we have collected from yourself, contact from yourself through email, our website or application made to one of your live jobs.
Name - we need to store this to identify you in the provision of our service. It will be only be shared with clients after you have given us consent to do so.
Email - we’ll send emails to you just about potential opportunities and if you would like to pursue any of those opportunities then we exchange emails with you to serve purpose.. We won’t share your email with anybody out of our company including clients unless consent by yourself has been given.
Phone number - we store this if we need to contact you whilst you are in the process or have accepted initial email contact and you have provided us with the your number,
Personal ID - Copies of your personal ID maybe stored but the only way we can obtain this is my you/ the candidate. We will store this information as long as we need to and discard of this data when no longer required (usually 12 months).

In all cases we will make you aware if we have you details or data by directing you to this page when contact is made.

How we may have obtained this information

In most cases the information we would have obtained is from:
  • Job boards
  • Job application you've made into one of our adverts,
  • CVs which you may have sent in,
  • In response to an Linkedin advert or Linkedin connection
  • From phone or email contact you've initated
  • From marketing events you may attended and filled out a form

How we protect information
To us making sure your data has the up-most security is not only important to you but also imperative for us to run the nature of business we do. We take every precaution to protect your information and make sure it is not shared with anyone outside of the company unless you have been told so or your in the process of application for a new opportunity. Even in those cases we will endeavor to only provide minimal data unless instructed to do so by law. Regular and consistent security reviews are made for the safety of the data and your information.
